Speciak K - Red Berries Challenge!

So I've decided to take the Special K - (Red Berries) Challenge...I'm supposed to lose 1 jeans size by the end of 2 weeks. I've started my challenge today.

The only thing that I wonder is if they made consessions for people that work out at the gym while on the Special K challenge, and if those people are allowed to have 2 bowls of ceral ;-) because I get MIGHTTTYYYY hungry when I work out!! (Maybe THAT's why I haven't lost anything from spinning ;-) hehehe) But eitherway, I'm having myself 2 bowls of ceral on my spinning/workout days! hehehe

Anyway, wish me luck on the challenege.

I did this, and it does work for a quick weight loss diet, I think I lost 5 pounds in the two weeks... not bad, but I was HUNGRY! I think eventually my stomach shrank and I just didn't want as much food, but it does (sort of) work!
