Another Class!!
So I just signed up for another class with my new friend from San Fran! We are taking a Tarts class! This one I am REALLY REALLY REALLLLLLY excited for because mine and Seymen's FAVORITE desserts right now are the Wegmans Fruit Tarts! I can't wait! Here's the class description! I don't think anyone could resist taking this class with a description like this!
Precious Tarts and Pastries
Beautiful European style pastries await you. Students will learn to make delicate, crisp and lightly sweetened tart dough and techniques to roll out perfectly even pastry to fill individual tart shells. Together we will make glazed blueberry tartlets with fresh vanilla pastry cream topped with white chocolate shavings, caramelized lemon curd tartlets and chocolate hazlenut truffle tarts made with gianduja. This class can accommodate many different flavors and palettes. Baking Arts is happy to make substitutions in any of the desserts to accommodate your needs.
