Tater-Tots Weigh More Than Muscle

So I've been doing a test this week and last, to see if tater-tots were the culprit of my weight gain over the past three weeks...Sadly enough, I think they might be...Long gone are the days of sitting at home working, just popping the little suckers in the oven and munch on them for lunch.

I weighed myself today at the gym, and my test was proven. After denying myself the luxury of tater-tots, I lost 2 of the 5 pounds I gained. (And that gain was after working out too...so the choice was either...work out harder ...ummm nooo ;-) or quit the tater-tots.) So...I've been clean for 7 days now. I think I will have to have Seymen throw out my stash in the freezer.

Keeping an eye on the weight is a good thing to do, but the more important number you should keep an eye on is your body fat% vs. lean mass ration.

example: a 120 lbs Beth with 30% body fat will not look as good as a 120 lbs Beth with 10% body fat.
