Good Thing
So I guess for my sake, it's a good thing I'm in California for the week. Poor Seymen has been dealing with our completely leaky roof. Yesterday was frustrating enough to convince Seymen that the roof work needs to start ASAP. I guess this weekend we will begin getting our roof fixed! Wahooo!! Because I'll seriously cry if water damage further ruins the red paint in the front entrance. ;-)

you should be more worried about the water damage that you can't see! i.e. behind the walls, ceiling, insulation, mold, etc... welcome to home-ownership!
