Time Flies...when your busy @ work!
Hi!!! I've been horrible this week about posting :-( Anyway, it's been really busy at work...(Yeah yeah, same old same old) but it's nice. At least I'm not bored...and it's a good busy because I was on three different projects this week, so I wasn't getting OVERLOAD with too much of one project. I think I like it better that way. Anyway...at the weeks end, I accumulated 52 hours of work. Great achievement Beth ;-)
Anyway...today was a nerve wracking day. I applied for and interviewed for a Lead ID position at work (Formerly known as Content Manager, but they are changing the title to Lead ID). I think it went well, even though I was nervous as heck. I'm not sure if I'll actually GET the job, but I feel better about myself that I actually tried for it. I mean how many times do we talk ourselves out of doing things because we second guess our abilities?!? Well, I applied in one of those moments of self appreciation, and pressed send on the application before I could chicken out :-) This morning, when my stomach was churnning I definitly second guessed myself...but still in the end it went well enough, and I was able to discuss all the things that I planned on discussing. Sooo...that's that...
Anyway, I gotta go. Seymen just came home. We're going to see a movie tonight with Jess...Must Love Dogs. Can't wait to see it!! (I tricked Seymen into a chick flick because it had the word DOG in the title ;-) hehehe! OK we have to find food before the movie. Adios!!!
Oh one more thing...Alex is running in a 26 mile marathon tomorrow. Jena, Cathy, (Maybe AnG), (Maybe Jess), and I are going to go to cheer him on and give him water while he runs!!! He's so excited and nervous. I'm so excited and nervous for him tooo!! Anyway, GOOOOOD LUCK ALEXXX!!! You'll do great!!! :-)))))
