Last Day/Night in Bursa
I can't believe it, but my trip to Turkey is almost over. It was definitly too short. Tomorrow late morning, Seymen and I are going back to Istanbul for the night. Seymen's parents will meet us at the airport on Sunday to say goodbye one last time before we leave. Seymen said that it is just safer for us to stay in Istanbul the night before our flight just in case something happened with the traffic...so we are leaving tomorrow. :-((
Last night we had the dinner with Seymen's family. It was pretty fun (considering I didn't speak Turkish, and most of his family doesn't speak English) and it was really neat to meet more of Seymen's family. I met three of his cousins, his two aunts, and one uncle. The funny thing is, that on both sides of his family (both mother and father) everyone has boys. There are no girls on either side. It's pretty funny :-)Anyway, it was a really nice dinner, and his one cousin (I liked him the best) tried to speak english to me, which I thought was really nice. Here is a picture of his entire family at dinner.
So, now it's 11:30AM, and I'm all awake and showered. Seymen is still sleeping, so I'm sitting on the computer...wasting time until he wakes up. Today, he's supposed to go to both of his Aunts houses for lunch.
Other than that, I don't really have that much news over here. I talked to my mom and my sister last night, which was nice...Well I'm to the point of crying because I'm so bored...so I am going to go find EFE to accidentially let him in Seymen's room to wake him up >:-D hehehehe.
