Weekend is over
Well I had a great weekend. Seymen, Chrissy, and Jake came to visit. The only down side was that Seymen got really sick this weekend so he was really tired. But we still had fun, ate TONSSSS of great Texas food! :-) and we saw the bats. (We were on a mission from Bill!) But it was great. Chrissy helped me with the finishing touches of decorating my apartment, and last night at 10:30pm, we decided to try out the Laundry center (due the infestation of ants in her bag and my closet).
Now I'm really sad that they are gone. My apartment is so empty and pretty lonely...and I think I have caught Seymen's cold. My throat is starting to hurt and I'm tired. I'm gonna curl up with one of my new 6 novels that I bought in an attempt to lift my spirits when they left. Unfortunately, that didn't really help too much, so I went out and bought a new hands free set for my cell phone, and head phones/microphone combo, so that I can talk to people through my computer (For FREEE)...That helped a little, but not quite enough...so I bought my ticket to go home during Columbas Day. That helped :-) Alot. But now I feel a little guilty for my shopping spree. But the good thing is that I already paid my rent, so I should be OK :-)
Anyway, I'm going to go to bed right now...And read my book, in my nicely clean sheets!! :-) I love clean sheets! Good night everyone!
