This is the silk bazaar. Inside are all the stores that sell everything silk. The big thing now is pashminas. This is the place that we bought a few gifts for our friends. Bursa is the last stop on the Chinese Silk Road. Supposedly, Chinese silk merchants would follow a road from China to the Middle East--end of Asia, and Bursa was the last stop on the line.
