This is the Topki Palace. I have to admit this little story to you all. Seymen and I were walking down the street, trying to figure out which mosque was which ...and as we were walking along, we looked at the palace, and wondered out loud what it is. Suddenly, Seymen yells out. "OHHH! This is the Topiki Palace!" We are totally foolish tourists.
